Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. ALL sales are final.

My products arrived damaged, what can be done?
We apologize for the inconvenience! In the unlikely event that your products are damaged upon arrival, you
must contact us via email at hello@honeyfactoryco.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your name
and order number in the subject line, followed by photos of the damaged products and photos of the order and
delivery confirmation that was emailed to you.
Are HFC products safe to use on babies?
Yes. However, we recommend consulting with your child’s healthcare physician prior to use.

Yes, HFC products are formulated for ALL skin types.
“I’ve had a slight reaction or my skin is irritated”
Perform a small skin patch test prior to full usage of any Honey Factory Cosmetics product. Leave
the product on for a full 24 hours to ensure no reaction occurs. If you believe your skin may react
negatively to certain ingredients or if your skin has reacted negatively, please discontinue use
immediately.
How should I care for my soap?
Use a soap dish or a draining dish stored in a cool, dry place to prolong the life and optimum usage
of your soap.
